Adam Goldstein has been leading sold out cycling and yoga classes on both coasts since the early 2000’s. Adam’s passion is to motivate and inspire people to bring out the strongest version of themselves. This fiery little Italian has been dancing since she was 3 years old. After being a New York Knicks City Dancer, she auditioned for So You Think You Can Dance and became a Top 4 Finalist. She moved from Long Island, New York to pursue her dance career and after taking class at Rise Nation, she was hooked on the work out, the music AND the people. Her class is intense, fun and loud! You’ll climb to all different styles of music but she definitely favors HipHop and EDM. When she’s not climbing, Courtney can be seen dancing on VH1’s Hit The Floor, an All Star on So You Think You Can Dance, raising money for Multiple Sclerosis since her diagnosis in 2012 and teaching dance to different ages all over the country. Her motto is, “Go hard or Go home!”
